Producing Technology:   Each type of spun Fibre Blanket is made up of the corresponding spun fibre(such as COM,HAA,HP and HZ fibre)which is produced by spun technology,consists of such production courses as needling,heat-shaped,cutting into proper length and width,bundling up,etc.Each type of blanket has fine tensile strength except for the fine properties of the correponding fibre,at the same time,it has a well distributed;composition and construction,and a flat face. ¡¡Blankets of different bulk weight and thickness provide a wide range for our customers¡¯choices,so they candesign the best insulation construction and can get fine benefits. ¡¡The spun fibre blandets have long fibres with even deameters and low sediment balls.with improved fumctions in fibre interweaving,resisting layers devided resisting wind erosion,pliability and tensile strength,thus have improved the applied function and reduced the loss of materials. ¡¡The spun blankets do not use any binding prepatation to make sure that the products possess perfect liability and stability under all kinds of enuironments.
